Today was the Bountiful Handcart Days Parade held every year on the 23rd of July. We packed a picnic dinner and headed down to Main Street to watch. Mom and Dad Anderson, along with Brooke and Kristen came to the parade, too. After the parade we watched the fireworks from the comfort of our back lawn. We have a nice view this year since we pruned the apricot tree.

Adam looks as though he may be just coming down from a salt-water taffy sugar rush.

We had a nice, shady area to watch the parade near Kristen's new house.

For those of you saying, "Is that John Harris on the Veteran's float," I say, "The one and only."

The guy resting his chin on his trombone is Jeremy Hall. He lives a block away from us in our neighborhood. I think he's upset at the trombone player who seems to be grandstanding. Show off.
