Conner, Adam and Abbie went to the doctor a couple of days ago to find out if they could live without tonsils for the rest of their lives. Abbie received good news—no tonsillectomy needed. Conner and Adam were not so fortunate. Booooo! So for the next few days they'll be saying their "goodbyes" to the buddies in the back of their throats.Conner and Adam are scheduled for their tonsillectomies this coming Tuesday. (so soon)
But come on, who wouldn't want a tonsillectomy with the promise of a diet of bottomless smoothies. Sign me up, too! We hope their recovery is quick and as pain-free as possible considering the circumstances.
Bring on the smoothie induced headache rush!

The older ya are, the worse the pain is on one of those little adventures. I hope the boys do ok. It won't be a fun experience for anyone in the house. Good luck! Conner is going to think people hate him after having teeth and tonsils removed this summer. I'll be thinking about you. Any 7-11's around...Slurpies sound great on demand.
